1. General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fg33 ("fg33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fg33 website located at fg33.vip, including all associated casino games, sports betting services, account management systems, and payment processing facilities.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager on fg33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the fg33 platform.

fg33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the fg33 platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all circumstances. fg33 operates as an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. All amounts displayed on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. The ৳ symbol is used throughout this document and on the platform to denote BDT amounts.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the fg33 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction. fg33 has zero tolerance for underage gambling.

2.1 Age Verification

fg33 conducts age verification checks during the account registration process. Additional verification may be requested at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid national identity document, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

If fg33 determines at any point that an account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed with immediate effect. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original deposit source. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be voided and forfeited. fg33 will cooperate fully with any relevant authorities in connection with underage gambling incidents.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

fg33 is operated for the benefit of players in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the fg33 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. fg33 makes no representation that the services offered are legal in all locations. If you access fg33 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk and fg33 accepts no liability in connection with such access.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered fg33 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be closed. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be voided. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact fg33 support immediately at [email protected] so that the issue can be resolved without penalty.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of fg33 services, including deposits, betting, and withdrawals, you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number and a secure password. You must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.1 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide truthful and accurate information when opening an fg33 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and any other details requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fg33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fg33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify fg33 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

fg33 recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication on your account for additional security. Session timeout controls are also available from the account settings dashboard.

3.3 KYC Verification

fg33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard industry practices. Before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, fg33 may require you to submit identity documents including a national ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of payment method — for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account — may also be requested. KYC checks are conducted to protect players and the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fg33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fg33 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at fg33's discretion with notice provided on the platform.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on fg33 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your fg33 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. fg33 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

fg33 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply transaction charges. It is your responsibility to check with your payment provider regarding any applicable fees before initiating a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

fg33 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's own name. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third party's account will result in the withdrawal request being declined and the account being flagged for review.

4.3 Responsible Use of Funds

You must only deposit and wager funds that you can afford to lose. fg33 strongly discourages depositing borrowed money or funds intended for essential living expenses. Deposit limit tools are available from your account dashboard and fg33 encourages all players to use them as part of responsible gambling practice.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

fg33 is committed to preventing money laundering and the use of the platform for financial crime. Unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns may be investigated. fg33 reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold funds, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Depositing funds onto the platform without genuine gambling intent is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fg33 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates. These general Terms apply in addition to any offer-specific terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. A wagering requirement — expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x) — must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not cleared wagering requirements before the expiry date will be voided automatically.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, using prohibited betting strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to abuse a promotional structure — is strictly prohibited. fg33 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.3 fg33 Right to Modify Promotions

fg33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a technical error results in an incorrect bonus amount being credited, fg33 reserves the right to correct the error and credit the correct amount. Players will be notified of any such correction via the platform or by email.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on fg33 are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or instant games. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game or betting market before placing a stake.

6.1 Sportsbook

Cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series is available alongside football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that wager. fg33 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly priced markets due to manifest error.

In-play (live) betting is available on selected matches. Bets accepted during live events are subject to a short delay. Any bets placed after an in-play event has concluded — due to data latency or connectivity issues — will be voided and stakes returned. It is your responsibility to ensure your internet connection is stable before placing live bets.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games on fg33 are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and volatility information are available within each game's help section. fg33 does not alter game mechanics or outcomes. Results are determined solely by the provider's certified RNG software.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the game round will be resolved according to the provider's server-side state at the time of disconnection. fg33 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

6.3 Void Bets & Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise does not reach a natural conclusion within the timeframe specified by the relevant competition authority, fg33 reserves the right to void all associated bets and return stakes to player accounts. The decision of fg33's trading team on the settlement of all bets is final.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using fg33 you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fg33 platform:

• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to register on your behalf.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or sporting event.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not authorised by fg33.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the fg33 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fg33 staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their consent.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions imposed by fg33.

fg33 employs automated monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited behaviour is identified, fg33 may take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

fg33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued account operation poses a risk to the platform or its players.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your fg33 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification. Please allow up to 5 business days for the account closure and final balance return process to complete.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion from fg33. Self-exclusion can be temporary (from 24 hours to 6 weeks) or permanent. To activate self-exclusion, contact fg33 support and your account will be suspended within the hour. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. fg33 will also take reasonable steps to suppress any direct marketing communications to self-excluded players.

Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible. Once a permanent self-exclusion has been applied, fg33 will not reactivate the account under any circumstances, regardless of future requests.

8.3 fg33-Initiated Closure

Where fg33 closes an account due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling, the full balance may be withheld pending investigation. fg33 will communicate the reason for closure to the account holder where it is legally and operationally safe to do so.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. fg33 may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs, provided the account balance is sufficient to cover this fee. Players will be notified by SMS before the dormancy fee is first applied. Logging in to your account at any time resets the dormancy clock.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg33's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. fg33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

8.6 Governing Terms

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and fg33 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
